This last couple of days, I've had pretty awful PMT. I cried at One Tree Hill for goodness sake. And honestly, I'm just feeling a little bit down in the dumps. Robyn wrote a little while ago about the evil PMT monster rearing its ugly head, but what do you do when you're feeling sorry for yourself? What do you do to give yourself a little pick-me up?
Really, if I've got the blues it's honestly best to leave me in a darkened room for the evening. Don't you be helpful! Alright, you can make me a cup of tea. But I don't want to actually talk to you. Bring me the tea, then go away please. And if you do make me tea, be prepared for the fact I might cry because you've done something nice. Wow, I'm making myself sound like a crazy lady.
Anything with carbs in, pretty things and a very trashy DVD are the only things that will drag me out of my bad mood. The Good Life gives me warm fuzzies so that's usually on in the background while I eat more packets of crisps than is good for anyone. Seriously, multipacks should come with a warning.
But what is it that cheers you guys up if you've got a bout of the blues? Will a bit of retail therapy do it, or something a little stranger? Tell us in the comments about the weird and wonderful things that'll put a smile back on your face.
