Roling Stones street names, nude photos and Merry skint Christmas!

• Want to live in Sympathy Street? - a new estate in Dartford, Kent, is to feature 13 streets named in honour of former residents of the town Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. Little Red Walk, Satisfaction Street, Black Boulevard and Start Street are amongst the names approved by the authorities, but apparently "police were concerned the street signs might be stolen by or for collectors". Oh well, you can't always get what you want.
• Lock up your daughters - a study shows one fifth of teenagers have sent a nude or semi-nude photo of themselves to someone over the internet, with a higher percentage of girls doing it. I'm sorry, do they really have to conduct surveys for this stuff? If you give your kid a digital camera, a computer and access to high speed internet what do you think is going to happen? Unfortunately once it's sent there's no way of controlling where it ends up - a little education on this subject, perhaps?
• Christmas gifts for the super skint - ideas for presents that cost nothing but your time. Better get started now though, there's only a week and a half to go!
