It's a concept that has permeated popular culture to the extent that it's everywhere and everything - a Motorhead song, a section on iVillage, a thing to massage your head with... Try not to get these mixed up. The original and best orgasmatron, though, was a machine in the 1973 Woody Allen sex-themed future-satire Sleeper.
