What you're looking at - and this is officially a new craze - is an 'open cup bra'. Also known as 'voyeur bras' or 'frame bras', these cheeky little numbers look to me like the result of a stitching accident in a sweat shop.
Some pretend to look like a regular bra that just 'forgot' to put its cups on, while others are barely-there at all. I actually don't think this one is too bad... but I can't see myself in it, personally. So don't keep coming back for the 'Dollymix editor trials bras' article.
