  • ok, these are from today...

An invitation to a birthday party taking place in the smallest pub in London tomorrow (just in case nobody goes).

An email from someone who wants me to identify a pair of vintage studded biker boots with no labels on. Because I have that power.

A friend sending me links to loads of 'The angels have the phonebox' t-shirts. Whovians will get that.

Lots of emails from PRs chasing me up on things.

An email that says "Would you like me to keep some sort of ongoing tally of how moronic the comments are, just so you know?" Referring to me talking about football.

  • Email from Dr Ben Goldacre from the Guardian (www.badscience.net)after I emailed to complain that he didn't speak at the Green Man festival as scheduled.

Email asking if want to be a guest at the GQ Man of the Year awards (Yes! But I didn't get back to them in time. WAAAAH!)

An order receipt written in Dutch for a Bell Tent I bought.

My old editor at Look Magazine letting me know she's my editor again and could I please get my act together to send over copy.

One accepted invitation to the Shiny Media staff Woodland away day.

This has made me realise that I don't get many emails from friends. :(
