Want one! LED dresses by Moritz Waldemeyer

See if you can't track one of these babies down at the Next sale this weekend. Moritz Waldemeyer is an artist who does amazing stuff with LEDs - you know, those colourful little lights you soldered onto circuit boards in electronics lessons. You can catch him doing presentations from time to time (as I was lucky enough to recently), where he talks about his work with various architects and fashion designers, and there are lots of fantastic videos of his work on his Youtube channel. But first you must check out the clip overleaf. These are "video dresses" created by Moritz for Hussein Chalayan earlier this year. We want one for the weekend, yes? Just make sure you're standing near a plug socket at the party.
