I'd love to tell you that this was just another hilarious prank (like the Chris Rock rape thing), but I can't find any evidence of it being anything other than a serious business venture by two misguided souls, who think the whole concept is a hoot.
Now, I'm all for dressing children up in ridiculous clothes - it's what makes them worth having in the first place - but even I draw the line at putting an innocent babe in a pair of high heels.
