Patricia Handschiegel sold her site StyeDiary to StyleHive, and is one seriously busy girl. I read over at Valleywag that she's written a list of Survival Tips for Busy Girls on how to look good while you're busy, like, being a CEO and all. My natural and immediate reaction was to be annoyed, and it didn't help that Vallewag's title of the post was "How to be a girl and a CEO, the 100-word version" where they basically just cut out all her explanations and failed to mention she wasn't explaining how to be a female CEO. (Which it comes across as.)
However, after actually reading what she was saying, we all can't deny that we want to look good. When we feel like we've covered all the bases and feel like we're lookin' good, it makes it a lot easier to walk into a room and network. While I may not go as far as moisturizing my cuticles every day, you may find what she has to say interesting.
