The PMS Clan is looking for girls all around the world who love to get their game on

Do you rock the games on your PC? Do your friends wish they had your skill at Halo? Do you have friends?
Well, hold onto your mouse because the PMS Clan is looking for girls and women around the world who love to play PC games to join their competition teams.
The PMS Clan is an all female gaming clan that was founded in 2002 by two sisters who were looking to create a supportive environment for women and girls to play video games without all the crappy harassment. The PMS Clan has competitive divisions as well as places for the less competitive player to feel at home. And since this is not an "us versus them" sort of situation, just a "leave us alone and let us play" sort of deal, PMS has also developed a supportive clan called H2O that is for men who are supportive of PMS' mission. Talk about pulling it all together.
The PMS Clan has teams all over the world and they are focusing on growing their PC teams and their international presence this year. PMS also competes internationally so they are racking up wins around the globe. The PMS Clan played in 22 tournaments all over the map last year with lots of high end finishes. So wherever you play, they have a home for you.
According to Amber Dalton, the clan leader, "PMS Clan currently houses over 100 female PC players in female and co-ed teams, as well as over 500 console females. We have open recruitment for female gamers or full female teams if they would like to be part of our organization."
I also think it is really interesting that the PMS Clan does not recruit on skill, they recruit on attitude. They figure that if you care enough about playing games to want to join then they can work on the skill level thing. So if you love to game this is the place for you.
I am truly in awe of the PMS Clan. I think that it is amazing to have a group of women who all have such a strong gaming interest and who have created such a supportive environment.
So give them a try...really...you know you want to.
