There are plenty of people I will take advice from. Psychologists. My online friends. My mom. However, Kate Garraway and her husband, psychotherapist Derek Draper. They have an article in The Daily Mail today, explaining how "marital spats" can extend your life, and why fighting is good. However, I don't really want to get advice from someone who was on Strictly Come Dancing. And more like it, I don't want to listen to a psychotherapist who, when mad at his wife, drives to a local McDonalds and stuffs himself and listens to angry man CDs in the car to make himself feel better.

Kate tells her story of how she bottles up her rage, and how her husband rages when he's mad. She shares the precious little stories of how he once flipped out of an envelope being left in the hallway, and how she once got really mad that he wanted to take a bath instead of taking a walk with their friends. OH! And one time, she said "I love you to him" after coming home fives hours later and drunk, and he responded "Well I don't love you!" Hah! You guys are too much fun.

Find out why Derek and Kate thing fight is good for you health over at The Daily Mail.
