Check out this retro advert from Tipalet flavored cigarettes. Perhaps advertising exec's minds were much more pure back when they made this advert, or they just didn't care how raunchy it sounded. I'm not exactly clear on the history on all the different connotations of "blow". However, I'm pretty sure blowing cigarette smoke in a woman's face has never been a polite or arousing event. Wow.
