Women of New Hampshire: I LOVE YOU. Hillary Clinton won New Hampshire's Democratic primary last night, just edging out the Iowa caucus winner, Senator Barack Obama. With 89 percent of precincts reporting, CNN projected Clinton the winner of the first-in-the-nation primary with 39 percent of the vote to Obama's 37. How you like them apples!? Clinton said that she "found her voice" in New Hampshire, and that "Now let's give America the kind of comeback that New Hampshire has just given me!"
CNN reports that Clinton was ahead of Obama 45% to 34% among registered democrats, and CNN political analyst Bill Schneider had this to say about what pushed Clinton to victory last night: "If I had a single word, the word would be 'women'. She got the women back." How's that for girl power?!
