I am prepared that this is a decision that will enrage some readers but I honestly think she deserves this. This week's funny woman is The Simple Life star Nicole Richie. The adopted daughter of singer Lionel Richie has been in the limelight since 2002 when she arrived on our screens as Paris Hilton's best friend. She went on to record five series of The Simple Life with Hilton before recently calling it a day. The most recent series, The Simple Life goes to Camp is currently being screened on E4.
Throughout the series Paris and Nicole travel around America generally causing trouble and occasionally helping people out. The current series sees them working at various summer camps across the states. In last night's episode the girls were (ironically) working at a Fat Camp but they were actually quite encouraging to the campers and even quite sweet to certain overweight women. Nicole is slightly wittier than Paris and definitely more blunt. She literally says what she is thinking, often to amusing results.
Unfortunately, there are not many clips available of the show but the one above is definitely entertaining. In it we see Paris and Nicole being irritating on a bus by singing 'salasa'. However, Nicole quickly diffuse the situation by encouraging fellow bus riders to join in with their song. I will miss seeing their little adventures.
