I nominate David Letterman as Dollymix Man Of The Week. Why? Did you see his interview with Paris Hilton on Friday? Was it not the most hilarious thing you've ever seen? David asks Paris question after question about her time in jail, even when she says, "I'm here to talk about other things." I can't decide what my favorite part is, but when he offers to buy her a parakeet if she keeps talking about her time in prison is pretty high up there.

Does anyone know if the parakeet comment was in reference to anything or just another zinger from Dave? I had no problem with Daves attack, it's his show and celebs have a choice to come on or not. Its their free publicity.

I adore David Letterman, but he took it too far. If he's going to claim to love Paris Hilton and adore having her on his show, don't treat her like shit when she comes on it. Something tells me she won't be so inclined to do so in the future.

Maybe it´s just me, but it looks like Letterman wasn´t just about getting a joke out of everyones favorite blonde, but he clearly shows that he is annoyed, annoyed and angry about how much spotlight she gets for nothing, on every network. And he´s taking it out on Paris, who is a easy but effiecent target.

Nancy, I highly doubt that if David Letterman had a daughter she would be stupid enough to get thrown in jail for driving on a suspended license like Paris Hilton.
