box_tissue.jpgAccording to a survey by CupidBay.com, British and Irish men masturbate, on average, seven times per week, and women only twice a week. Across Great Britain, the statistics vary a little, as English men wank away eight times a week; Scottish and Welsh men seven times a week, and Irish men *only* five.The Scottish women take the cake as they do it five times a week, whereas the English women masturbate twice a week. However, Welsh and Irish women come in dead last at only once a week.

My favorite part of the survey was where people shared where they masturbate. Unsurprisingly, 69% of men get off in front of their computer, although 19% admitted to having a *special moment* in their work toilet. Women, however, seemed to be more traditionalists as 58% have a go at it in bed, or in the bath. While this survey is interesting, it's not exactly new information that 75% of men use pornographic images to get off, while 80% of women said they "thought about someone they knew". (Although I highly doubt any of them actually know Johnny Depp.)
