Anyone else read the article in The Times about vanity sizing? Lack of consistency in women's clothing sizes is slightly old news but what got me in this article was the quotes from those inside the fashion industry about making women think they are a smaller size to increase spending.
My first reaction was "Wow, that's low. Do you really need women to spend more money on your junk that badly?". My second reaction was "Crap, I completely fell for it because I can list three stores I hate shopping at because I don't fit into my 'regular' size. I am a sucker."
