The toy company Mattel are taking porn star China Barbie to court to force her to drop the 'Barbie' out of the name on her adult website. China Barbie is perhaps best known for her, eh, roles in such "films" as Me Love You Long Time, Ethnic Cheerleaders 8 and Passport To Paradise, and Mattel says that she's damaging their good name. They claim that she's trying to benefit from Mattel's success, and have accused Global China Networks LLC, the company that runs her website, of using the word "barbie" in the domain name in "bad faith attempt to profit from Mattel's Barbie trademarks".
