I love Gwen Stefani. Her music, her handbags, her hair, everything. Therefore, I'm wondering why an interview that discusses her albums, fashion line, and career gets the headline of, "I'm like every other woman. I'm super-vain. I have issues." I appreciate Gwen's honesty, and candidness. I'm sure her interviewee did as well. However, I think that most women, and The Observer Woman's readers, are looking for a bit more substance in an interview than the superficial reassurance that "Stars! They're just like us!"
Yes, it was interesting to read Gwen explain that while she may be famous, she really does have the same emotions of "every other woman". However, making that the spotlight of the interview seems to be taking away from all of the positive things she discussed, and bringing the attention to her emotions and feelings (and the fact that she's "still" breastfeeding) versus her accomplishments.
