Texan Eva Marie Mauldin blames Satan for making her 19-year-old husband, Joshua Royce Mauldin, for putting their two-month-old daughter in a microwave. (Yes, as in the Devil.) Mauldin claims that Satan saw her husband "as a threat" because he was trying to become a preacher, and forced him to put his daughter in a motel microwave for 10-20 seconds. Their daughter, Ana Marie, is still in the hospital, suffering burns on the left side of her face, and hand. Despite Joshua Maldin telling police that he did it because of stress, his wife still is trying to use the ole "the Devil made him do it" excuse. A grand jury indicted Joshua Mauldin last week on child injury charges after hearing evidence, to which Eva Marie Mauldin says, "He would never do anything to hurt her. He loves her." I hate people.
