This week the lovely Dollymixers share with us...
What is your favorite comfort food?
Kate Walker:
My comfort food is pie. Most savoury flavours will do - chicken and mushroom, steak and kidney, venison, cottage, fish - but when I'm feeling really down and in need of some inside love, pie is what I need. Not want, need.
Diane Shipley:
A whole, large pepperoni pizza, washed down with coke, followed and preceded by chocolate.
It's not pretty. It will be stopped!
Glenda Young:
Ambrosia tinned, creamed rice. I always have a tin of emergency rice in the cupboard.
Keris Stainton:
I'm currently going through another Peanut KitKat Chunky phase. There's nothing those babies can't cure!
Camilla Chafer:
Margherita pizza with garlic bread topped with cheese. I can happily follow this with any Ben & Jerry's you care to send my way.
Amber McNaught:
Toast. Lots and lots of hot, buttery toast, ideally smothered in some kind of cheese. If there's no bread, I'll just have the cheese on its own, thanks...
Gemma Cartwright:
Fishfingers sandwiches with loads of ketchup. And you have to mush it down before you eat it or it's just not cricket.
Katie Lee:
Gotta be curry.
Linda Jones:
Toblerone and "proper" mashed potato - not together but one after the other.
Charlotte Howells:
Cereal. Preferably Weetabix, raisin bran and Rice Crispies with soya milk. I have been known to eat cereal for all three meals of the day.
Isabelle O'Carroll:
Depends if I'm in a healthy mood or not. Sometimes I crave a bowl of veggie asiany noodly broth, and sometimes good ol' cheese on wholegrain toast.
Susi Weaser:
Ciabbatta bread with chilli olive oil and balsamic vinegar, which everyone I've ever met finds very odd.
Cate Sevilla:
A large Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut, with cheesy garlic bread. Oh man.
